Bathroom Renovation - Gleniti, Timaru

Project Scope:

This project involved a complete renovation of the bathroom, toilet, and ensuite in a Gleniti home. The goal was to create modern, functional spaces with a stylish and contemporary design while ensuring the clients had a usable space throughout the renovation process.

Key Objectives: 

• Fully upgrade the bathroom, toilet, and ensuite with a sleek, modern look.

• Maintain usability for the homeowners during the renovation by completing one space before moving to the next.

• Incorporate on-trend design elements with high-quality finishes.

Project Description:

Phase 1: Planning and Preparation

Our first priority was to ensure the homeowners would always have a usable space. We began with the bathroom, fully gutting and relining it with new GIB to create a fresh canvas. Once the bathroom was complete and fully functional, we moved on to the ensuite, ensuring the clients experienced minimal disruption to their daily routines.

Phase 2: Renovation and Installation

The transformation centered around modern, elegant design choices. Light grey subway tiles were laid in a vertical stacked pattern, enhancing the contemporary aesthetic while creating the illusion of taller walls. Gold fittings were chosen to complement the tiles, adding warmth and a luxurious touch to the spaces.

Phase 3: Final Touches and Completion

Our team, working alongside our trusted trade partners, ensured every detail was flawless. From precise tiling to the seamless installation of fixtures, the spaces were finished to an exceptional standard.
